I have been shopping for a new car for a while. Looked at several dealerships in the area. Most of the time left frustrated because of the hard sale and playing with numbers back and forth. Not at Honda Cars of Concord. Gerrard was not only very helpful he did not play the ""car salesman"" games that I came to dislike very much. After deciding that Honda was the most dependable car in my price range the decision was made and it was a very pleasant day. Thanks Gerrard for all your help. \r
