Rate= 0 or less, but the system would not let me rate that low. This place is DISGUSTING and the service was HORRIBLE! This was absolutely the WORST dining experience my mother and I have EVER had. We were the only table in the restaurant (at about 5-5:30), took us about 10 mins to have a waiter come to our table, then our waiter changed 3 times before our soup came, each of which had no idea what was going on. The soup (lobster bisque) tasted like tomato soup with one or two small chunks of lobster in both of our cups. Then our entree (chicken Lamberti) was literally chicken floating in balsamic vinegar. My mouth swelled it was so sour and salty and my mother could barely swallow her first bite. Then when we complained, they took our meals to the back and we sat there for 10-15 minutes before we decided to tip the waiter and leave since a manager had still not come to our table. When we were headed to the car a manager finally showed up (chasing us down) and told us he would not take the food off of our bill and that we had to pay for a meal we took one bite out of because it was disgusting. The manager argued with us, waived his hands in our face, then finally rolled his eyes at us and stormed off. Then a skinny little blonde waitress had the nerve to walk behind our car and write down our licence plate. ha ha ha!! I was like umm ok, write it down bc lord knows I will NEVER eat there again, and NEVER suggest that place to my worst enemy. I have never hadsuch horrible food and treated with such disrespect from a restaurant in my life! We were regulars at Lambertis about 5 years ago before I left the state to go to school and used to love it, but from what I have read the management changed since then and damn, did that effect the business.
