Businiess name:  Bennidito's Pizza

Review content:
The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.\r The Good: Really GOOD Pizza. East Coast Style. Crust is perfectly charred showing they know what they're doing with the oven. Family run business . Local Business\r The Bad: Really poor customer service. No numbers given or names taken when they are super busy. Everybody crowding the doorway and getting frustrated at being ignored.\r If you ask if they take names they say no we know who's next. Sadly they just don't. (In their defense nobody could) \r The Ugly: This is the second time on a busy Saturday night that things got ugly in the waiting line. People left after others were seated ahead of them and there was some ugly back and forth between two other parties about who was there first.\r I REALLY want them to be better at the service part because I like the pizza so much. Customers shouldn't feel frustrated and confused as soon as they enter And it's such an easy fix. Put out a sign - Do you seat yourself or wait? Take a number. etc. The sign of stupidity is to keep doing the same thing and expect different outcomes. That applies to both the owners and their patrons. I'm taking the time to write this because I REALLY want them to improve. They could own Spokane Pizza with their great pizza if they would just listen to their patrons.\r \r
