Just got back on Oct. 13 and took my wife to Fiamma as our ""Italian"" dinner night and all I can say is Wow! The service from the start was perfect. We decided to arrive about 30 minutes early and sit in the lounge area by the fireplace and have a couple cocktails. The ambiance, decor, colors, textures, etc. in this restaurant are very well done. Chic but comfortable. The star of the night, as well it should be, was definitely the food. My wife ordered the Papardelle which was about the most fantastic pasta I had ever tasted in my life. The ragu bolognese sauce with this parmegan creama was just simply amazing. I couldn't keep my fork out of her plate. My steak was great as well, but if you go, definitely go for the pasta - it was simply spectacular. The ceasar salad was also fantastic. My wife said it was the best ceasar she had ever had and she knows her ceasar. If you're looking for a great Italian food and want a cool but comfortable atmosphere, you just can't go wrong with this place. Enjoy!
