Dr. Hovander is very kind and he gave me such a thoughtful, thorough exam. I too have problems deciding if ""1"" or ""2"" is better, but he was very patient with me. After determining what my rx should be, they put together a customized pair of glasses(they snap in different lenses) that you can test out. and they can fine tune the lenses even more. Then he had me look at items across the street and walk through the halls of the clinic - a great practical approach, rather than just looking at a projection in a dark room through that contraption. It's kind of hard to explain, but my previous eye doctor NEVER did this.
