yup, thats exactly the $ amt they charged me plus took all of my deposit, plowed snow into my disable parking spot all winter, pd a tenant and richfield city inspector off when he found out they were supoenad by me. made my dying mother sign a new lease to give her a working fridge, randy busted out my taillights after the report to the city, deleted all monies i worked off in leu of rent after he allowed me to work when my son was diagnosed w.a rare disease, went to court and because i couldn't prove those pymts they one, but i am 1,000,000,000,000% sure he has a payoff for the referree in henn cty courts. go to merchant circle and look at the kind of refridgerators ur using, black mold inside every appliance and u should see whats under ur buildings and carpets. If u need more info, check the web, he has so many complaints, same one's over and over and over and if you are a vulnerable family, person or have a he's gna charge u dbl to get in and 4300$ to get out plus your dbl damage. i cant wait til they lose it all cuz u reap what u sow and tom, i dont believe for a seco ng ur using prayer to help your so called ill daughter cuz no parent expecting a favor from the Lord over their childs life would EVER have an association to what dadders is. EVERY one of you is crooked!!
