Where do I start? I am SOOO pleased with my FIRST Sine Qua Non experience. I recently moved here from Michigan where the same girl had been doing my hair for 20 years so I was VERY nervous about having to find someone I trusted. I was in desperate need of a haircut and color from one that had definitely run it's course, it had been roughly 5 months!!! I read a few reviews, narrowed it down to 5 places, picked up the phone and decided I would go to the first place that could at least get me in for a consultation-today. I gave the receptionist a brief history, explained my apprehension and made one request: a senior or master stylist, and she set up a consultation with Jennifer. I hung up and instantly felt queasy, I was stepping out of my ""comfort zone"" ... I showed up about 10 minutes early and was almost immediately introduced to Jennifer. She sat me down, LISTENED to me and offered ideas, and the best part about it was that I was comfortable with her AND she happened to be free for the next 1 1/2 hours! She did an OUTSTANDING job, the color is fabulous, and the cut was exactly what my hair needed, and it just so happens that she does eyebrows too! I can't believe I lucked out on the first try. I think I may have found the girl who will be doing my hair for the next 20 years. Parking was easy, salon was fun & upbeat, staff was friendly, great selection of product, and they give you a ""welcome"" gift bag with coupons and free samples to boot!!! Thanks again Jennifer! :)
