My experience with this salon is so and so. This review apply at lakeview and lincoln park. My experience in the lakeview area was ok, I liked the hairstylist but the front desk staff did not offer if I wanted something to drink, but people who went in after me was asked if they wanted something. So that was not very impressive. I decided to try the lincoln park locations, same experience with the front desk. It was very hot when I came in and it was also hot inside, but they did not offer if I wanted something to drink, and people who came after me was offered something. My hair cut was ok, but I liked the color. For me the front desk staff need to be more customer service oriented, first impression was bad. I decided not to go to this salon anymore.
Pros: good hairstylist
Cons: bad front desk staff
