Check this out; I had a positive experience buying a used car from a dealership. I know, it sounds impossible.\r \r After messing about with a certain other VW dealership (rhymes with autobahn) and getting absolutely nowhere, I had almost given up on the purchase of my car.\r \r I went into Jennings because they had the car I wanted at the price I was looking to spend. Not only that, but the car was already CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED, unlike the cars I was looking at at that OTHER dealership that wanted $6,000 more for the exact same car/model/age/miles.\r \r I called that morning to find out if the car was still available. I think I called at 7:30AM because I was so excited, and the manager immediately called me back to let me know it was available. When I arrived, I dealt with Adel. He was very nice, no nonsense and a PLEASURE to work with.\r \r I ended up test driving the car and immediately purchasing. No haggling, no back and forth, no surprise charges. \r \r The overall experience was very pleasant.\r \r I also went back to their Service department a month later to get a headlight bulb replaced under my warranty. They did it within an hour of me calling them at 5PM on a Tuesday night and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes, plus they washed my car, too.\r \r I'm a happy customer.
