I ordered pizze from this store, and said I'd pick it up in about ten minutes. I took a taxi to get there, spent money to get there from my home. When I arrived, the people behind the counter told me they remembered speaking with me, but had not prepared the pizza. Only AFTER I arrived did they start preparing. The only problem with their waiting until I arrived was that I had to pay my taxi while he stood and waited. I explained to the people behind the counter how the whole reason for calling in advance was so that they actually prepare the pizza IN ADVANCE. I received a blank stare, and rudeness. It's a shame. The pizza is great, but the service is crappy and rude. I will not go back. I'd prefer to be treated like a human being. SHAME!!!
