I contacted them to buy a used Navigator. The Internet sales manager, Willy told me that the truck was in excellent shape with no cosmetic issues at all. When I got the truck it was a wrecked vehicle with most of the wreck damage still not fixed. The truck had crqacks in the bumpers from a collision, the rear bumper was buckled from the collision. The grill was broken in several places, one of the headlights was snapped off from the truck and just sat in the hole, because the connection to the truck was snapped in half. The truck has MANY dings and dents as well as many other issues I am paying to have fixed. The truck won't even pass inspection without a bunch of repairs. They have refused to pay for any of the damages~!
