I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall experience of this entire shop. When my Acura TL was involved in an accident I was stressed out and very disappointed. To be honest, I dreaded the thought of the repair process and didn't think my car would ever be the same again. But then I met with Gene Staat and his team at Ernie Patti Collision Center. They assured me things would be fine, walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. They assisted me with getting into a rental and made the process more than bearable. Not only was my car repaired on time, it looked and drove as if nothing ever happened. My TL was like new and had been cleaned inside and out. These guys did an amazing job and made me feel informed and comfortable through the entire process. I hope I do not need body repair ever again, but if I do then Ernie Patti is where I will go!\r
