Review content:
My mom went in last year to Cost Cutters for just a regular haircut. She's got nice thick hair. The lady totally ruined it! When she was done, Mom's hair looked like Billy Ray Cyrus' hair cut. She was so upset that she went back the next day and had the manager just cut it real short. She didn't want it short but what else can ya do? Horrible Experience!!!
