My most recent move was from New York City to Atlanta and I went with Ideal Moving and Storage Inc.
Admittedly, I was skeptical at first; however the entire experience has been very eye opening and positive.
Their quote over the phone was a bit off (probably due to the fact that I have a ridiculous amount of Chachke). I dealt directly with JC and she was at all-time extremely professional, helpful and available.
The Pickup: Feb 1st 2013 the three man team was loading everything carefully and efficiently. The team was very courteous.
The team leader Michael contacted the delivery driver directly in front of me to confirm the date of delivery Feb 5th 2013
En route: Feb 4th 2013 I received a phone call directly from the driver stating that he would be there in the afternoon between 1pm and 2pm.
Delivery: Feb 5th 2013 at noon, the driver contacted me that he was an hour away.
All items were delivered carefully and efficiently. Overall: Extremely professional moving company for a reasonable rate.
I have already referred them to my friends!
