This is probably the nicest apartments in all north county San Diego but the service is horrible.Im a reasonable and pleasant guy who makes a very good living.Yet they treat you like you are beneath them or like you live in the hood even though rent is around 1700-1900 for a 2 bedroom.There is always dog feces on the sidewalk.They still owe me money for a week of rent i payed for and my apartment was not ready on time.Of course they conveniently say there's no record of it, but if you are late even 1 day on your rent they will demand the money immediately or threaten to kick you out in 3 days.I don't think they know the term customer service.Been here over 2 years and always rent on time.Late 1 day and you should see the attitude and hurdles they make me go thru.The attitude is similar to a bum walking into a nice Beverly hills jewelry store and having the hollier than though employees practically ignoring you.No greeting or smile and not even fake sympathy.Just a cold attitude as they explain their ridiculous rules to you and no appreciation for years of timely rent payments and no noise complaints.They took a whole year just to send someone to fix my guest tub.They waited till I stopped being nice and finally got upset.I could continue with a whole list of complaints but too much to write.Will post this review on every website possible and even go to BBB for money they owe me since this is the way they like to treat their tennants.For the same money i could rent a house.See ya!
