I have to agree with ""Fine for a Meal."" The food really is pretty good, but it's difficult to select an entree when the wait staff doesn't know what the entree is. Recently Graziano's began delivery service which I think is a huge mistake for them. If the staff doesn't know what an entree is then how can they be expected to find your home to deliver the food?
Case in point, I called to find out if they delivered to my location and after several ""let me checks"" and ""where are you again exactly"" I was told that I was in the delivery location. I gave them my order and a little over an hour later, I still did not have my order. I called and was told ""Sorry, you are not in our delivery area."" Nobody from Graziano's even attempted to call me to let me know.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Delivery is Terrible, Service is Terrible, Waitstaff Uninformed
