Me and my husband ordered a set of rims from sal out of the lowrider mag. on a thursday. We Payed 1500.00 up front. Saturday we were supposed to get a tracking number for the rims and tires and never did. So on monday I start looking at all the BAD reviews and I call him. when I feel like he is giving me the run around like everyone said in the reviews I sat to get an attitide with him and I let him know about all the bad reviews. He simply told me that it was just other companies tryin to give him a bad rep.So after I got rude with him a couple of times I finally calmed down and he said our rims would be there by friday. even though we had a tracking number it still said UPS had not recieved anything just the shipping label. well friday comes around and NO rims. SO once again it back to Hassilin sal. He offered to give me a refund and I we told him that we would rather have the rims if there was a different way we could get them. so he suggested he would call the dallas location and if they had the rims we had the option to drive to dallas to get them or it would be next day delivery. so we agreed that is dallas didnt have them then we wanted our refund.
