Very active 29 yr. old male that rides motocross and is very active on the road bike. I had a microdiscotomy at the age of 22 and learned to pay very close attention to my form with everything that I do. I recently visited Dr. Arndt after several weeks of severe pain in my left buttock trailing down the back of my left leg. I had a hard time getting into the car just to drive to his office. I've broken plenty of bones over the years and my immediate assumption was that I again herniated a disc in my back. After consultation and a few adjustments Dr. Arndt explained what happened and what I need to do to prevent symptoms from surfacing again. I highly recommend Dr. Arndt.
