I've been to blossom several times, each time hoping things will improve. Each time I have had to wait at least 2 hrs in a waiting room full of screaming children. The staff is rude and incompetent. I've had sugeries and treatments and I have to explain it everytime to the ""nurse"", she asks why I had surgery and why was I on that specific treatment etc. I ask isn't it in my chart? The doctor should know why she put me on it, ask her. The doctor is ok, she talks down to patients and seems to dismiss serious problems. There are always students coming in asking questions, I don't like that at all, I go to see a dr not a student. And there is always issues with staff and bickering with the dr. Each time I've gone, they bill the wrong insurance company & send me huge bills. They even billed me again in 09 for a surgery paid for in 2005. I've switched now. Save your time, you'll be disapointed.
