This doctor's office dispays awful customer service. FIrst my experience started out with being referred to this doctor because of insurance changes. The receptionist called to get information about me and set an appointment date with me over the phone. Three days later another receptionist called and asked the same questions and claimed she had no information on file about me and no record of anything about me including my appointment date, also she was very short with me and had a bad attitude. The doctors office never gave me a courtesy call to remind me of the appointment, but I remembered anyway. The day of my appointment I called the doctors office to get better directions and to confirm timing. I called for hours to only get an automated response. I left messages and I never received a return phone call. Im sure this doctors office couldn't care less about me being a patient of theirs.
Cons: Thumbs down and I haven't even met them!!!
