These people will call and call and call you until you fall for their pile of bunk. I don't know what kind of buisness practices they have but once you sign on...you are stuck and it is a fiasco trying to get out! They do everything over the phone and tell you everything but what to do if you ever want to cancel your warranty on your car. You have to come up with a good excuse in order for them to cancel your warranty. ""Can't afford it"" is NOT satisfactory.....then you have to write a letter stating your reason...send all kinds of vital, private information and send it to them. I spend an entire day playing pussyfoot with these guys. I had to spend half the afternoon at the post office and send the letter over night so they wouldn't charge another transaction to my credit card....YES!!! It came out of my credit card every month. If you get a call from these jerks after about six months to a year and a half after purchasing your car.....hang up, change your number, report them....they are nothing but crooks!!! Pros: They are great at ripping you off Cons: once you sign on...you are stuck
