Review content:
I was VERY unhappy with the results of my one & only visit to this ""salon"". I did try to get satisfaction during my appointment (very unhappy with the color-the cut was just so-so); their response was to turn me this way & that, trying to convince me that it was ok. First of all, it was NOT ok, and secondly, services should be done to the customer's satisfaction, not to the salon's! They were pretentious, and gossipy between themselves. Furthermore, I felt as if I were in a ""beauty college"" with an intern, since several times the owner & manager hovered about making comments on the process. In a follow-up survey card that was mailed to my home, I was very specific about my complaints, but never heard from them again. So much for company surveys, and customer satisfaction. Cons: Pretentious, Don't Listen, Don't Care
