Installed new furnace and A/C unit this past fall; chose United Heating and Cooling because of the Amana name and their 10-year warranty. However, problems from the first with the condenser not set up properly -- was set on Heat exchange improperly, and ran all the time. And problems with the thermostat, which had to be replaced. It is still not functioning properly; the display goes blank so that it cannot be programmed. New 'high efficiency variable blower' unit takes up to 2 days to cool my house down. Now that the weather is hot, the condenser has not run at all for two days and I have no A/C. Haven't been able to get service; company says they are 'very busy.' I am very dissatisfied, and at this point would not encourage others to consider this company.
