This has turned out to be the worst experience in my life leaving me with the feeling that I had been conned.\r We were first excited about having our family portraits taken. When we arrived we were asked to come back in another hour. When we came back we still had to wait at least 30 mins. Finally after waiting for a long period of time we were led into the lab to be photographed. Just before being photographed we asked how much this will cost us. We were told we cannot give you a price until the photo session was over and the pictures were chosen. Ok! That sounds reasonable I thought.\r After the photo session was done we chose several pictures. After choosing the photos we asked how much would it cost? When we were told the price I almost dropped to the floor. I came with the expectancy of spending $1,000 and leaving with the satisfaction of purchasing several photos. Unfortunately that did not even buy five single images. I should have run then but I didn't. We negotiated and negotiated and by the time we were done we were so worn out we couldn't even think straight anymore. \r When all was said and done we agreed to a price of $4,071. This included five individual pictures, one family 30*40 family portrait, one 20*40 Collage and a portrait of my wife and me. Each of these pictures had glamour touches applied to them which was an additional $60 on each person on each shot. It was no way that we could make a rational decision after a long drawn out process our brains were mush by then, never the less we were told in order to get the discounted price he had offered us we would have to make our decision on that day. We decided we would go for it (bad decision). \r After arriving home that night I could not sleep and called back the next day to cancel the order or postpone it and was told that they had sent the order to the lab nor was the manager available to take my call. What a con artist I thought, there should be some leniency for such an expensive order. \r Cons: be prepared to pay from deep out of your pocket
