I have also joined this practice after my doctor left his previous practice. It has been a nightmare to get an appointment. To schedule an appointment you must leave your information on a recording and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. If you need to speak to someone immediately for an urgent appointment, you have not option. Not even zero for the operator. I have found those who answer the phone to be rude and unhelpful. They do not have enough staff to handle the volume and the only reason I am going to this practice is to see my doctor. I?m at the point of changing doctors because of the way you are treated at this practice.
