Wow, 'firebirds' was a great experience all around! First of all, the rugged decor was really cool. I had the 'Elk medallions' and they were EXCELLENT!! They offer a wide variety of dishes not normally found in the common places in the Triangle. Sure, it was a little pricey, but it was for a special occasion and the quality of the food met every expectation.
Pros: Great food, Great atmosphere, Not crowded
Cons: It's at the mall!
