I really like this luggage repair shop. I just took a Victorinox bag in that I purchased 3 years ago. The gentleman working at Main Luggage knew immediately that it was under warranty and that the broken handle part had been replaced with one that looked slightly different in the newer models from Victorinox and asked me if that was okay. He told me there would be a $12 charge for the warranty work (which is okay, they have to get paid somehow for handling the bag, right?), and that it would take 2 weeks. I got a call 5 days later that my bag was ready to be picked up! I also used them on 4 other occasions to fix my luggage and was extremely pleased with both the timing and the quality of the repair.
