I consign at many shops but never have I been treated this way before.
I brought a dress in for consignment they took it but did not give me ANY paperwork. Just their business card. This should have been a red flag. All I did was sign my name & email in their notebook.
They held my dress for 90 days & I CALLED them prior to the expiration of my consignment. they did not answer the phone and I left a detailed message about my item and that I wanted to pick it up if it had not sold. they did not return my call.
I called again a few days later and found that they had GIVEN AWAY MY DRESS!
they were very rude and had no explanation other than to say that the 90 day period had expired.
Rude Owner - the other reviewers were correct - don't shop here!
Pros: absolutely none
Cons: no contracts or documents, gave away my stuff
