Don't let the sometimes hurried/no frills/no-nonsense phone interaction with this office lead you to any untoward assumptions about the tenderness of the staff and Dr Torres. They are all excellent people and the Doctor himself blew my mind with his capacity for not only intricate interactions and effectiveness of OODLES of preventative medicine chemicals, but every person who walked through the door in the time I was there was greeted warmly and playfully by the doctor himself in whatever their native tongue may have been. Over 4 (or was it 5) languages run fluently through this man's SUPERmind, probably more if you ask him (I forgot to ask) and he plays such a vital role in this community that I shudder to think of what will happen to many of our underserved immigrant and minority and (in my case) low-income patients and travellers. I hope one intelligent , multi-lingual and altruistic med school intern will join Dr.Torres soon, to apprentice his custom touch at medicine. A soulful, bright, energetic sweetheart of a Doctor.\r Wonderful experience. Very knowledgable.
