If you get stranded on the PA Turnpike near Harrisburg, your fate is in their hands and they know it. Prepare to be double and triple-charged for parts and service. I attempted to inform them of this, and demanded to see their invoice for what the parts cost them, which resulted in them telling me they either repair it as quoted or have it towed somewhere else. I will be filing a report with the BBB as well as the PA Turnpike Service.
Pros: Towing service was good and people were friendly.
Cons: Pray you don't need repairs - you may need a loan.
