Review content:
I paid $95 to have my small car waxed and the carpets and mats cleaned. They spent less than one\r
hour on the job. When they were finished my mats were in a pile on the pasengers side of the front seat, the carpet was soaking wet. They told me to go home, park outside and open all the windows to dry the carpet, put the mats in the sun.\r
When I got home I had to take a cloth to the dash, center console, door arm rests, etc inside because it was so greasy I could not touch anything and it was attracting lint. I then had to clean road grime off two of my wheels that they had missed along with a patch of wax.\r
When I took the floor mats out to put them in the sun I noticed that they were not clean, just wet! I spent 30 minutes, half a can of spot remover, and several clean rags cleaning them and could not belive how much dirt I got out of those mats. They did not ""steam clean"" them as the said they would do, they just got them wet!\r
6 hours later, my car is still outside with the windows open and the carpet is still damp, I needed to use my car so I closed the windows and we all know what happens when you close windows after your car is washed. So now I am cleaning water spots off my windows.\r
Bottom line is I paid almost $100 and what I got was loss of use of my car for 6 hours after I got home, I had to clean the windows and wheels, had to wipe down the interior, and had to clean my own floor mats.\r
Do I need to say more?
