I have been a patient at Towson for many years. I was surprised to hear that I am not the only patient with the same complaints. Lori Oconnor is GREAT although it is to difficult to get in with her. The staff is a little on the rude side they dont speak to you and their record keeping is a mess I think that I payed twice for the same flu shot.Dr.Blackburn is ok although I feel that she really does'nt know me very well as a patient and after waiting sometimes for an hour I only see her for10 minutes. She did although think enough of me to refer me to a specialist Dr. Shomali whom I absolutely LOVE manage my.diabetes.
