DON""T BUY THERE!\r I visited this store on an annual weekend vacation, and purchased 2 pr. of expensive shoes. One pair was sent to me because they did not have my size. After wearing them in my house, they were uncomfortable. I called and explained, asked for a credit, and sent them back. I received a call from an obnoxious woman insinuating that the shoes were worn (we are not talking Payless, and I am not a young girl wearing them to a formal, and trying to get over) and they returned them to me. I had already told her that I wore them around my house. I was treated poorly, and now have a pair of $ 200 shoes which I cannot wear. I will never shop there again, and will tell anyone about this experience. Nordstrom knows how to treat their customers. The Shoe Salon wants to push a product, but does not care about customers once they get their $$$$. They will not see me next spring, as well as the three women I was shopping with.
