My niece was in town to celebrate her birthday so instead of a cake, I suggested we get a cheesecake. I heard from a co-worker how good the cheesecakes are, so we went online and saw the Valentine’s Day heart shaped cheesecake. The red velvet heart shaped looked amazing so we ordered it and was able to get it made fresh the same day. We were NOT disappointed. Coming from a southern/soul food-type cooking background, my first bite was HEAVENLY. The icing is like eating fresh cream and fresh butter... the cheesecake tasted like a cheesecake made by someone's grandmother from down south. It was phenomenal. There are SO many flavors and it'll take a while to get through them all, but I'm willing to try. :-)
