Review content:
I brought my car in for an estimate and the guy missed obvious things (broken tail light) and acted like I was an imposition on him. After he gave me the initial estimate (without the tail light), I asked how much less it would be if I only did some of the repairs and he gave me the new estimate (which included the tail light). I then asked him for a copy of the first estimate with the tail light added in and he told me ""No, I wrote over it to give you the other one. Just add $125 for the tail light."" Now, normally that might be OK, but this is for submitting to my insurance company. Can I just tell them that he ""forgot"" to add on the tail light? Why would they believe me? And it's not like I took up a load of time, I had an appointment and I was out of there in 10 minutes. I had to call the insurance company and explain that the quote being submitted might not be complete and regardless there was no way in hell I'd be bringing my car to Lukas.\r \r So much for customer service. Pros: Close to downtown Cons: Lousy customer service
