Review content:
When I first went to Rolf's I was pleased with their ""lead"" stylest b/c he fixed my mess of a hair. Thereafter, he got really sloppy despite me giving him really good tips. The last time I went to see him he slopped through my haircut and messed up one side of it and then was too lazy to style it (or he he knew that he messed up and didn't want me to see the reults) Said to me, your just going home right? Not only that, but he was rude and incensitive. For example, he was badmouthing one of the staff to a patron. How cruel! $90 for a rude phony to c ut my hair, never again!!! I would of liked to use some choice words, but the site won't let me. :) \r

The salon needs to learn customer service big time.
