Went to the one on Sansome and Clay. It was very busy during lunch, and they only accept cash. The cashier and the lady who calls out your name once your orders are ready were EXTREMELY RUDE. Chill out and smile a little ladies. I will not return to this location. My friends both ordered the spinach salad and both ended up tossing it after the first few bites. I'd only go to another specialtys for the cookies...otherwise, no thanks! Too many other/better choices to eat around the financial district.
Pros: good cookies
Cons: poor service, overpriced
