I arrived at Pratima's spa one February afternoon in 2007 wary about what to expect and whether I would ever heal again (months of numerous dermatology visits, antibiotics, steroids & 2 ER visits after severe medicine reactions left me wondering if there was really a cure to cystic acne). To walk into this spa right in Manhattan and find myself in such a quiet and tranquil ambiance was a welcome surprise. My initial appt with Dr. Pratima was life altering and I'll always be thankful that after months of pondering I decided to go see her. With her wisdom, guidance, knowledge and warmth I finally began to heal. With tons of patience, consistent treatments & lifestyle changes recommended by Dr. Pratima I started to gradually see a difference with my face and my skin. Janet has done a great job with my face and all the extractions. As painful as they were I knew she had to do them and she always tried to make my facials less painful. Janet still does a great job with all my facials and I always leave the spa with glowing radiant skin and with a feeling of calm and being rested. The staff at the spa are friendly & knowledgeable and Kelly is great, I can call her at anytime and know she'll accomodate me. \r

Under Dr. Pratima's care and nurtring I can now say after three years that I've almost healed and finally found myself again. I highly recommened Dr. Pratima and her staff.\r
