Review content:
Cottonwood Estates is one of the nicest mobile home parks in the area, however, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is on a fixed income or low income because the owners keep raising the rent space every year making it impossible for some owners to keep their homes. Some of the owner have a mortgage when add that with rent space fees and all the regular bills like water, SMUD garbage, etc. it gets pretty expensive and unaffordable for some. Hence forcing them to sale their unit for a very reduced price or giving it up out right. Some say that the owner and realtor are working together to capitalize on other peoples misfortune. Just looking at all the units up for sale by the same realtor, I'd say they are right. So beware people, if you're looking for a place to call home, Cottonwood is NOT the place.
