Review content:
We eat out A LOT. Finally decided to try Andalu since we live in the neighborhood and we were incredibly disappointed. The portions were teeny, which would have been fine had the prices matched. Way too expensive for what you got. Waitress was aloof and not helpful at all. Beans were undercooked and the ""hot"" chocolate that came with the donuts was cold (donuts were too doughy as well). We won't be back. If you're looking for small plates, there are a million better places to visit in the bay area.
