I've been going to Cody and Company for many years and absolutely love it. The key word to last post was 'estimate'. Not to belittle your situation- but it's always difficult giving an 'estimate' over the phone. Until you're actually sitting in the chair there's no way of telling exactly what you may need. There are so many variables involved. And why would you need to call and let them know about the streaks? Wouldn't you have told them about them before you left? A nd then when you did call you were told 'there was nothing they could do""?? I find that very hard to believe. They have always been nothing short of excellent with their customer service. I've been there enough to know what is customary and what is not. But I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion. And thanks to Ellie!! I continue to love my hair!!!
