Review content:
Family Practice East made me wait over an hour to see the doctor...they have always done this, and although I realize doctors are busy, I don't appreciate the attitude of their staff. It's not right to make people wait ESPECIALLY based on what I feel to be descriminatory because my situation was ""put off"" because it was a same-day appointment and I was not dying of anything. They have yet to refund my co-pay (which they make you pay 'before' seeing the doc. DON'T use this facility. Trust me, you will be sorry and leave agitated each time, especially when the doc won't spend more than 15 minutes with you. Save your sanity, go somewhere else!
Pros: there are none
Cons: bad location, bad service/wait time and BAD ATTITUDES
