Review content:
We were regular customers at this location for years. The food is good. The atmosphere is authentic. The prices are good. The nachos and fajitas are great. We have not been back in almost a year because of a waiter that was so rude to us, 2 times in a row. We have always tipped 20%, even at lunch and even if the service was not up to par. On these two occassions, the waiter had a very aloof attitude and would not give us extra salsa for our chips or meal without trying to charge us 1.50 extra. Also - my husbands nachos were made very poorly - I guess in an attempt to slight him for questioning the charge. This was very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable as to what they would do to our food. This had never happened in the many years we dined there. So - I was dissappointed to find that when we complained to the ""manager"" who probably was not really a manager at all - the entire staff turned on us. They were speaking Spanish around us and making rude remarks. I guess they are not aware that Americans like me are fluent in Spanish. Oops!\r
Needless to say - they will NEVER get our business again.
Pros: Good nachos and fajitas, served hot
