I am very happy with the store itself. We find everything we need there.
My complaint is their customer rewards system. Evertime we come in they ask us for our phone number which is on file. they said we would receive rewards thru the mail that would come in a form of 10% - ??% off coupon.
We have yet to receive anything. Every Month we spend anywhere's from $50 - $175 for our pets.
The manager on three occasion said to watch the mail for the coupon. It's suppose to be bright yellow. We told her we never receive anything and she basically told us we just never saw it. I had to be stuck within the other mail. I thought that was very rude of her. She also said it will be June again for the mailing and here it is June 18th and we still do not have anything.
In this economy we need all the breaks and coupons we can get. What is going on?
