Incredible Pets is an extremely Great store! No, I am not a friend or Family member of anyone who works there of owns it. I bought my first pet, a hamster, there and he lived for three and a half years. The employees were great they showed me all the things I needed and showed me how to handle him and everything else. Yes some of there animals are sick or unhealthy but they do there best. I mean most stores can't keep every animal healthy. One time i got two dwarf hamsters from Petsmart, they both died a couple days later. So don't call Incredible pets horrible if an animal dies a couple days after purchase, or if you have to pay huge bills for your sick dog you got from there, which rarely happens, besides you should be happy that you can be the one saving that animals life by nursing it back to health.
Pros: Great customer service
Cons: A little messy because of the birds
