I have to say that the user that gave this store a five star rating was probably a friend or family member of this business. Consumers put there trust in a business in hopes that they are reputable, honest and fair regarding situations like this. Incredible Pets obviously has one thing in mind, PROFIT!!!! above all else, and they should definitely not be in the pupply business period!! Because if you seriously have ever purchased a pet from this store you most likely got an overbred low quality and sickly pet. If not, you were lucky!!!! I too purchased a King Charles Cavalier for $1299.00 recently and after taking him home, noticed a worsening cough. Took him immediatly to the vet and was told he had kennel cough. It took 2 rounds of medicine to get rid of it and i'm just keeping my fingers crossed that he will continue to be a healthy dog. My vet also stated it is against the law for Incredible Pets to be prescribing medication or diagnosing these animals. Incredible Pets will tell you they have a Vet look at the animals and prescibe the medication, but thats a load of LIES. That pet store self medicates these animals which is illegal. I also had a friend that came for a visit from Montana about 2 years ago, and she couldn't resist purchasing a Lakeland Terrier from them. After she got it home, she noticed he just didn't seem right, not drinking water etc etc. Long story short, he had a birth defect in his liver and had to have surgery or he would die. There are too many sad stories coming from this store. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
