I took my car into Harmans after an accident. They told me it would be ready in a month, 4 months later I finally got my car back and there were tons of mistakes made. The door rattled, the winshield wipers were out of place, the alignment was way off and they even connected the wiring harness wrong. After all this, we took the car in to the Dealership to get it fixed right and they told us we were lucky we hadnt driven it any further, because the car could have caught on fire while we were in it! \r
I called Harman to get the status on my car, and all of my calls were unanswered!
Pros: Nice people.
Cons: Not too smart.
