i ordered motorcycle merchandise from this store,I called back about an hour later asking if its ok, to change my order. the guy puts down the phone thinking he put me on hold and turns to his boss starting with ""hey, this sh*thead that bought...."". anyways after our conversation I bring it up to him that I actually overheard his conversation, only to be smacked in the face with a ""yea so what"" comment before he shut the phone on me.. Instead of some kind of apology I was an out of state buyer, I just stood their speechless over the phone I don't know how these guys are running their business. I have a pretty good idea their customer service is a bit lacking... cheap prices or not, disrespect like that towards customers, I rather buy my merchandise from somewhere else.
