Review content:
I recently took my puppy to the UWS location, only to come back with a shaved headed, stitched up dog and $183 in medical bills. They let a pit who was just in a fight stay in the dog run and it attacked my dog. They called me to tell me what happened but my puppy was fine, just some scratches. Not feeling right about it, I went back a few hours later only to see her head bleeding and her scared to death. They never called their ""24 hour on call vet"". Apparently the vet is only their to make suggestions and not treat the dogs. The assistant manager Anthony was rude and very quick to mention that it wasn't their fault (leaving a dangerous pit in with the dogs isn't their fault??) and that they will not pay for the vet bills. The manager, Aaron, was just as smug and condesending. How they didn't call the vet is beyond me. I now have a puppy who is on antibiotics, pain killers and a shaved head. SHAME on them. How they stay in business is beyond me.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rude, Smug, Dogs are not fully supervised, Condesending.
