Review content:
The technician at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic! He set a record for me. I ironed sheet and five pillowcases while he was finishing the work. On the other hand, I was waiting for three days for another company and they never even called back. The hot water was broken and my husband tried to fix it. We had to go buy a new faucet. The person at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had to go underneath and change things that the plumbers before hadn't fixed. This time, he put a tap on the hot water to shut it out.
I would come back to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! When I called them, Amanda said they could have someone over in two hours. They did a very good job! I used to help people find employment at my workplace and I can say that the people at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing have great customer service!
